The method

How it knows what it says

Every datum in this house carries its visible certainty level. If there is no source, it says "no report yet" — it is never invented. And the system publishes in advance the dates on which it can be proven wrong.

The certainty levels

Seven codes. Each one says where the datum comes from and how much it weighs.

VVerifiedConfirmed against the primary source, in hand.
EEstimatedThree independent sources, or a model with a declared method.
PProxyInferred from digital platform footprints — an indirect signal.
OObservedDated record from the field team.
DDesignProject parameter or decision — it does not measure the world.
SSynthesisThe project’s interpretation of already-labeled data.
PrProjectionA claim about the future, with a dated falsification condition.

Public correction

If the externally audited index measures below 2.8 of 5, the hypothesis is declared under public correction and the schedule is redesigned with the authority.
